The SIMPLEX insert TPE-mid is a thermoplastic elastomer and a medium hard insert with a hardness of approx. 90 Shore A (comparable to the hardness of the composite rubber insert in the 3202 series). Unlike conventional rubber mallets, this grey insert does not leave behind any undesired black marring.
